No comment on the quality of the music (I'm not very familiar with this version of the song) - but you've got "Words & Music by Jeff Buckley". Leonard Cohen wrote the origional song - the words are his.

Umm..Juslash, 3/3 is an impossible time signature. There is no such thing as a 3rd note...

the bars are cut wrong from the feeling the the chords and that might be quite confusing, but everything else is very fine!
