Notes Even though the title page indicates that the piece is for piano with "quatuor", judging from the cues in the parts it's clearly meant for full orchestra. - actually, from HMB, orchestra, string quartet and 2nd piano are alternative accompaniments for versatility, sold at the same time (late 1837) for different markets (orchestras, chamber ensembles, homes with really good pianists or touring pianists traveling to homes, to oversimplify. So the cues exist in case the full complement is available.)
