The syncopated rhythm of the melody is catchy, and students should have no trouble feeling the tied notes as they are repeated throughout the piece. Written in 4. 4 meter, the melody lies nicely between the two hands with the right hand thumb on Middle C and the left hand thumb on the B next to it.
