Antonio Rosetti was born Franz Anton Roessler around 1750 in Litomence, a town in Northern Bohemia. He wrote a great deal of music, but is best known today for his horn concerti, which may have inspired Mozart's own. and for having composed the Requiem Mass. 1776. which was performed at a memorial for Mozart in 1791. Rosetti died on June 30, 1792. 2 Violins.
